This double story villa exudes a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The sumptuous accommodation provides ample space and privacy with 2 suites facing the outdoor area with sparkling blue pool and Jacuzzi. Three bedrooms are located on the top floor as well as an open plan living area. The sixth bedroom is located on the side of the villa with a separate access. All six bedrooms are finished with crisp white linen and splashes of bright colours. All bedrooms are en suite with DSTV television and coffee making facilities.

There is a remote controlled double garage for 2 standard length sedan cars. Off-street parking is available in front of the garage. There is also plenty of on-street parking. In the garage is the laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Villa is fitted with a security system. The house is cleaned regularly Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays. Internet access is available if required.
