APKF STRENGTHENS ITS CONSTANTIA TEAM

The Constantia residential property market has shown a remarkable ability to buck the current trend and continues to pull in buyers, says Lanice Steward, MD of Anne Porter Knight Frank.

 “Show houses here have been attracting very good attendances,” said Steward, “and really serious buyers are much in evidence.  Constantia always was – and still is – one of the safest of property havens.”

 Anne Porter Knight Frank, says Steward, has strengthened its Constantia team because they are confident that the market will remain good.

 Marianne Price, who serves Constantia as an APKF agent, has now been joined by Fleur Lee and Di Hoskins, both experienced property marketers with over 20 years’ property selling experience. 

 Steward said that with so strong a team in Constantia APKF expect a 10% increase in their sales here by the end of 2009.
