an association agreement with the Knight Frank global property group for
the Western Cape.
Knight Frank, which was established in London in 1896, is one of the world’s
leading and most prestigious property groups. It now has a network encompassing

120 billion rands worth of commercial, agricultural and residential property
sales each year.
We are particularly proud that Knight Frank has chosen Anne Porter Properties
as its association in the Western Cape. Our company was established twenty
one years ago and has since then built a solid reputation for quality,
service and integrity. The company has grown rapidly during the past five
years and has built up a team of more than sixty highly professional and
dedicated agents. We have established ourselves as one of the leading
